Shipping Policies
IMPORTANT: Business days include Monday through Friday, not holidays** or weekends.

PROCESSING TIME is the time required for us to create, package, and drop your package off to the post office.
HOW ORDERS ARE SHIPPED
Orders are shipped in which they are received. In other words, orders are shipped in chronological order.
PROCESSING
Please allow 3-14 business days for processing all orders. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. In most cases, we do not allot the full 14 business days to ship out orders. However, this time frame provides us an extra cushion of time just in case.
SHIPPING
We use USPS as our shipping carrier. Please allow 2-9 business days to receive your order. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Please keep in mind USPS is taking a little bit longer when shipping orders due to COVID.
SHIPPING DAYS
We ship orders out on MONDAY and FRIDAY ONLY. There are no exceptions as we only work Monday through Friday. If a holiday lands on a Monday or Friday, we will ship orders out the next following business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International order may take longer to ship than domestic orders.
We, Shop Luscious, are not responsible for taxes due at customs. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.
We are not responsible for any packages held by international custom agencies. It is not our responsibility to make you, the customer, aware of international agencies policies. Please check with your country’s custom department to determine their policies and procedures and if there will be any potential charges at the time of pick up.
